Hubspot has recently jumped into the quote-to-cash space with its new quote tool. This is a powerful addition to its sales pro and enterprise suite, that allows sales reps to require eSignature and collect cash payments all from within Hubspot. Prior to this CRM addition, organizations would have to bring in external services like PanadaDoc or DocuSign to manage the contract component, and Quickbooks or another payment provider to manage the cash collection. This can all now be completed right from within Hubspot.
In addition, Hubspot provides a series of templates (three to be exact) that allow the sales team to change the look and feel of the quote template. However, what if your organization is looking for something more customized to your organization’s look and feel? What are your options? Are you locked into the three templates that Hubspot gives you? Luckily the answer is no. Hubspot gives its developer community some great tools to build out bespoke quote templates. So you can customize your quote as much as you would like.
In fact we had a great project, in collaboration with MDM, where we did just that. Working for Ethos Talent, we were able to create a custom quote template that reflected the attributes and personality of the brand. We brought in: custom photography, core team members, mission and vision statements, products and more. Below are a few screenshots of what the finished quote template looks like:
Hubspot allows developers access to the Deal Object, the Quote Object and other associated company and contact objects. So the limit of what you can build and create is really endless. In addition by switching to Hubspot, you can elimite the time and expense of managing third party eSign and document management tools like docuSign.
If your organization is looking to centralize its sales operations in Hubspot and you need more flexibility then the three out of the box quote templates reach out to us to see how we can help you build out a more customized experience. Contact us at www.SpokeServices.com
